Strawberry Spinach Salad
Our family loves this recipe, especially during the summer when strawberries are in season
in NJ.
Salad:
1 bag of Baby Spinach
2 pints of strawberries cut into wedges
1 red onion, sliced (optional)
Dressing:
1/2 cup of Mayo
2 Tablespoons of Cider Vinegar
1 to 2 Tablespoons of poppyseeds
1/3 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of milk
Toss baby spinach, strawberry wedges and onions together. Mix dressing, but don’t add to
the salad until you are ready to serve. Serves 10 people.
