Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated using real time quotes from UPS or US Postal Service. Some items qualify for free shipping & will be noted on the product page itself.

When will my order arrive?

Baby Shower Depot ships its products from several different warehouses around the US. We are conservative when we quote delivery date estimates, assuming the longest time in transit for Standard shipping. Orders placed on Monday through Thursday after 4:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day. Orders placed over a weekend are processed on Monday. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose; shipping times begin AFTER the order leaves our warehouse. Typical delivery time for Standard shipping is five business days (excluding the day your order shipped). Remote locations and APOs may take longer; we reserve the right to use a shipping method other than the one you select.

PLEASE NOTE - order processing lead times are longer on personalized and custom made items, such as diaper cakes and favors. Please refer to the processing time quoted on the product detail page for each product you are ordering for complete details.

Rush Processing (2-3 Days)

Personalized and custom products, such as favors and diaper cakes, have processing times from 5-10 business days. If you need your order processed quicker than 5-10 business days you can select the Rush Fee checkbox on the product page. The Rush Fee is $15 and expedites the processing time to 2-3 business days.

Order Verification: Billing & Shipping Address Issues, and Surcharges

If the "Ship To" location is different than the "Bill To" location, we may delay your order until we can confirm the details of your order via telephone. Please provide an accurate phone number and email address where you can be reached during the day so that we may verify your information.

If the billing address does not match the address on file with your bank, your order will be delayed until we can verify your billing address. To avoid order processing delays, please make sure you enter the exact address where your credit card or debit card statement is mailed in the "Bill To" fields in the shopping cart.

If your shipment requires extraordinary handling by our shipper due to the order having a wrong address, no one being available to receive the shipment, or any other reason, we will pass along those charges to you at the cost we've been charged by our shipping provider, and charge the credit card used in the original purchase.
