About Shipping
When placing your order please take processing time and delivery time into consideration when selecting
shipping method. Personalized or made to order items require 2-10 business days to be processed. Please
count tomorrow as day 1 if your order does not need processing time.
Business days are Monday through Friday. We observe all US Federal Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday
or Sunday will be processed on Monday & shipped on Tuesday unless the items are personalized or made to
order.
Free Standard Shipping
Select products qualify for free standard shipping. If you purchase all items that state "Free Standard
Shipping" then your shipping charges will be $0 for USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. However, if you
purchase one "Free Standard Shipping" item and one non-free shipping item, then the shipping rate is
calculated on the non-free shipping item only.
Shipping Information - UPS
You have a choice of UPS Standard to Canada, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Next Day Air, UPS
Next Day Air Saver, or UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping rates are based on the delivery location and weight of your
order. Saturday is NOT a normal delivery day for UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you must ship
to a P.O. Box please select USPS Priority Mail.
To calculate shipping rates via UPS add items to your cart, select a UPS Service and click "Apply". You may
change your shipping method as many times as you wish without charging your credit card. Your order is not
processed until you click the "Send Order" button.
Shipping & Handling Rates - Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail now has flat rate shipping based on your order amount. USPS Priority Mail is not a
guaranteed service. If you must have your order by a specific date please select the appropriate UPS service.

Rush Orders
Rush orders are subject to a rush fee of $20. Please enter "RUSH" in the comments section of the order form.
Your credit card will be charged an additional $20. If paying via PayPal, then you will be invoiced for the rush
fee. Please pay the invoice as soon as possible in order for your order to ship in time.
Canadian Customers
We ship to Canada via UPS Standard to Canada. Customers are responsible for any import taxes.

found on the order confirmation page after you submit your payment. Please email us at
