We do not accept returns on personalized or edible items unless an error was made on
our part. All other products are returnable & refundable within 14 days and in saleable
condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We share your concern about secure credit card transactions. Our Checkout process is
secured using SSL encryption. We are a Yahoo store, which means that Yahoo also
provides security measures to protect your credit card information. We use a Yahoo
approved merchant account.
We would also like to recommend that you never send credit card information via email to
us or any other company. Email is not a secure method of transferring this information.
What are my Payment Options?
BabyShowerDepot.com currently accepts PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately,
we do not accept checks at this time.

When will my order be shipped?
Most of products are in stock or made to order. Our in stock products are processed and
shipped in 1-2 business days. Our made to order products are processed and shipped in
2-3 business days. Orders submitted after 5pm EST will be processed the next business
day.
How long will I have to wait for personalized baby shower favors?
Personalized products have a minimum processing time of 5-10 business days. Shipping
time is in addition to processing time.
What carriers do you use to ship my order?
You have a choice of UPS Standard to Canada, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS
Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, or UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping rates are based on
the delivery location and weight of your order.
USPS Priority Mail now has flat rate shipping based on the order amount.
