When will my product ship?
On each product page there will be an "Availability" status that will show you how long before an item ships. Any items that are not custom made ship in 2-3 business days. Diaper cakes and gift baskets usually ship in 5-7 business days. Favors usually ship in 10 business days.

What days are considered "business days"?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm are processed next business day. BabyShowerDepot.com honors all US federal holidays.

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped you will be sent a UPS tracking number for UPS shipments. If you selected USPS Priority Mail, then a Delivery Confirmation number will be provided via email. UPS tracks shipments in real time. USPS Delivery Confirmation only provides confirmation of delivery - there is no real time status provided.

Can I return an item?
Custom made products (diaper cakes, gift baskets, favors, etc) are non-returnable. All other items can be returned within 14 days of receipt only if in their original packaging. If an item is only packaged with tags then they must also be returned with those tags intact.

Is my return fully refundable?
There is a 20% restocking fee for all accepted returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable on all returns. In addition, you will be required to pay shipping fees for the return shipment as well.

What if I return an opened item?
Any returns that are not in their original packaging (as they were sent to you) will not be refunded.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
Yes, a fee of 20% of the value of the return will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

What if my personalized product has an error?
Please contact us right away for any errors. We will work to replace the products as soon as possible.

How long before a baby shower should I place an order?
Please be aware that processing time is in addition to shipping time. To be on the safe side you should order personalized favors (processed in 10 business days) about 3-4 weeks in advance. Ground shipping from NJ to California can take 5 business days. Three weeks would get your order to you just in time. Four weeks would at least allow for any errors to be resolved and to give you peace of mind. Be sure to check individual products for the "Availability" status. This will tell you the approximate processing time.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Discover, American Express and Mastercard. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks at this time.
